Reservation Policy and Procedure:
  • After we receive your booking enquiry, you will get a detail offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation polities for the requested period.
  • Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to the different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 48 hours in some cases.
  • If room is available and you wish to confirm you might be asked to secure the booking by a deposit, and you can find the policy listed below. Please be noted that the room availabilities sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
  • Deposit : The full amount of the reserved room(s) is required and must be made 14 days prior to guests' arrival
  • Cancellation or No Show : A fee equivalent to two nights of the reserved room(s) will be charged if the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to guests' arrival or No Show
  • Term of Payment: Pre payment basis only

  •   For any deposit, please fax an electronic payment receipt to +66 (0) 7750-5000 or email to info@themercyhotel.com . After getting your payment receipt, we will send a hotel confirmation via email to you. Please show the confirmation to our staff when you check-in.
  • For pick-up service request, please confirm us your arrival details at least 3 days in advance. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or fax. Deposit are usually non-refundable unless other notice.
